SET UP

Get the show ready before you call it

1 · Client Programme

Upload the programme (PDF, Word, Excel or image) or paste it below, then review what we capture — Dates, Times and Programme titles — and tick which rows go onto the Cue Sheet. Excel, CSV, pasted text and most PDFs are read automatically. Scanned/image PDFs can't be read — paste their text in manually. Word files attach by name only.

2 · Cue Sheet

The basics for this show. Each day becomes a tab on the sheet; the start & end time drive the Show Clock.

Set a Hard Out, then tag rows Fixed/Flex on the sheet — the Show Clock tells you if a slip is still recoverable.

Current Cue

How the live cue stands out while you call the show. The example shows cue 3 live.

Tag each row Fixed or Flex on the sheet (the FIX/FLEX button on its handle). This picks which of the two gets a yellow edge so it stands out.

3 · Speakers, Mics & Clickers

Who's miked, what they're on, their clicker (Slide, Notes, Both or None), when they go on, and whether they're presenting. It's one room, so each go-on runs until the next one starts. Someone on more than once? List every start time, comma-separated (e.g. 9:00 am, 2:15 pm). These let the app check mics & clickers can roll.

SpeakerMic typeMic #ClickerGoes onPres?

Mic key:  HS — Headset  ·  HH — Handheld  ·  LPL — Lapel / Clip  ·  Other — any other mic (e.g. instruments)  — column mapping lives in Settings → Speakers & Mics.

Kit on hand

How many mics & clickers you actually have, so you can see at a glance if there's enough to rotate between speakers or keep spares.

Mic & clicker rolling

A timeline across the show for each kit type, built from the go-on times. Green = you've enough to cover and roll; red = more speakers need it than you have at that moment.

4 · View Your Cue Sheet

Each crew role gets its own Cue Sheet with just the columns they need; the Showcaller sees everything and drives the calling. Give each a name & email so they can open and control their own view. View opens the full sheet to share with a client to follow live. Type is always shown; tick the rest.

View = the full sheet, read-along for clients.

📶 OFFLINE

Internet's gone, but you're still good. Working: editing, the clock & timers, space-bar calling, and PDF & Excel export.

Just don't refresh or close this tab — nothing's saved yet, so that would wipe the show.
