Tag each row Fixed or Flex on the sheet (the FIX/FLEX button on its handle). This picks which of the two gets a yellow edge so it stands out.
Who's miked, what they're on, their clicker (Slide, Notes, Both or None), when they go on, and whether they're presenting. It's one room, so each go-on runs until the next one starts. Someone on more than once? List every start time, comma-separated (e.g. 9:00 am, 2:15 pm). These let the app check mics & clickers can roll.

Each crew role gets its own Cue Sheet with just the columns they need; the Showcaller sees everything and drives the calling. Give each a name & email so they can open and control their own view. View opens the full sheet to share with a client to follow live. Type is always shown; tick the rest.

Two readouts on the clock turn drift into a decision. Projected Finish vs Hard Out answers “if nothing changes, do we make the wall?” — and Recovery Runway answers “how much soft time is still ahead to claw it back?”
Plain-English of the maths: Projected Finish = your planned End time + however far over/under you are right now. Margin = Hard Out − Projected Finish (negative = late, red). Runway = the Flex durations still ahead. If runway can cover the slip → amber “recoverable”; if it can't → red “escalate.” Nothing here cuts anything for you — it just tells you, early, whether soft cuts are still enough.
A hard out is the wall that won't move — venue curfew, union overtime, catering, or your stream window. You don't beat it in the last twenty minutes; you beat it by watching the right number early. Raw drift ("we're 9 over") isn't actionable. Where you'll land is.
You tag each row once. Flex = breaks, Q&A, networking, buffer VTs — your recovery budget. Fixed = keynote, sponsor read, anything the client will notice is gone — protected. The clock adds up the Flex still ahead of you, and that sum is your runway.
Early and distributed beats late and surgical. Twelve minutes shaved a little at a time across the back half is invisible. The same twelve minutes cut as one whole segment is an amputation the room sees. Don't wait for the slip to be obvious.
Build is the four-step path from a client programme to a callable Cue Sheet. Work them top to bottom — each step feeds the next — but you can jump back to any of them at any time. Nothing is locked.
Everything you build is saved per Cue Sheet on this device. Fine-tune the template — headers, legend, cue numbering, auto-fill rules — over in Settings whenever you're ready; the defaults are sensible enough to start calling straight away.
